We focus on machines for the processing of stone, brick, slate and metal. Above is a machine for cutting bricks into brick slips which are then profiled for use in façade systems.

This innovative machine profiles brick slip corners forming relief slots in both long and short sides suitable for mechanical fixing applications.

Our machines are carefully constructed combining our expertise in traditional methods and concepts with the most up-to-date technology.

We work closely with customers to either offer engineering solutions to their production problems or to bring their vision to life.
This machine, which is one of a pair, was the customer's own concept which we were able to work into a design for manufacture.

An Automatic CNC Kerfing machine on site in the customer's factory prior to installation of the guarding.

This design won an industry award. The gate leaves have automatic locks built into the hinges making it very quick to open and close them. The gate concertinas into a very small space and does not need supporting structure above or jockey wheels below. The hinges are sealed against ingress of water to the pivots.

The concertina design means the guarding folds back out of the way when the saw is not running giving easy access for loading and unloading.

The gates are supplied as a standard package.
The gates can be assembled in many different configurations using our standard off-the-shelf components.
We supply a standard control system to integrate the guarding into the machine electrical system.
The Guarding can only be opened once the saw has come to a standstill.
The saw will not start unless the gate has been shut so that operators are safe.
